Day one to every year · Set up and stay compliant

Formation & Annual Maintenance

Starting a US company from abroad means a state filing, an EIN without an SSN, the right founding documents — then a registered agent and a watch on every deadline, year after year. We do the day-0 setup and stay on as your registered agent, tracking every annual report and franchise-tax date so one never slips.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What's the difference vs Tax & Compliance?

This service sets your company up and keeps it in good standing — registered agent plus a tracked calendar of every deadline. Actually preparing and filing the annual report and franchise tax is included in Tax & Compliance; upgrade when you want us to handle the filings too.

Do you open my bank account?

We guide you through Mercury, which is free and self-serve — we never hold or move your money. It's setup help, not a custody service.

I already formed my company elsewhere — can you still help?

Yes. We skip the formation half and take over as your registered agent, handling the annual maintenance for entities formed anywhere.

Which state should I form in?

Delaware if you plan to raise venture capital; Wyoming or Colorado for a leaner, lower-cost setup. We'll point you to the right one for your situation.

Do I need to file a BOI report?

Under FinCEN's 2025 rule, most US domestic entities — including those owned by foreign founders — are currently exempt from BOI reporting. We track the rules and flag you if that changes; we don't file BOI as a standalone product.
